These terms cover your use of kingdemspodcast.com and the engagements booked through it. Engagement-specific terms are agreed in writing before work begins and take precedence over this page.
The content here is provided for information. You may read, share and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.
Prices shown on the Services page are current at the date above and may change. The scope of any engagement is confirmed in writing before work starts. Every engagement is bespoke, and deliverables are those set out in that written scope.
Bookings made through our scheduling links are subject to confirmation. Payment terms, deposits and instalment arrangements are set out in the engagement agreement.
PR features include unlimited revisions to the published asset until it meets the agreed standard. Revisions apply to the work described in the scope, not to new work outside it.
We place real, verifiable press and produce the deliverables in your scope. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as lead volume, revenue, search position or acceptance by any third-party publication, speaking platform or knowledge panel, because those depend on factors outside our control.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, claims and materials you provide, and for holding the rights to any content you ask us to publish. You agree not to ask us to publish anything false, misleading or unlawful.
You keep ownership of your own brand, content and materials. Published assets produced under an engagement are licensed to you as set out in that agreement. We retain the right to reference the work as a portfolio example unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
This site links to third-party tools and platforms, some through affiliate arrangements. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
