What we collect

Information you give us

• When you submit the PR assessment form: your name, email address, company, website, role and the goals you describe.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• When you book a call: the information you provide to Calendly, our scheduling provider.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, handled by our email provider.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
• Analytics and advertising measurement, which may include a Meta pixel. These use cookies or similar technologies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and deliver the services you ask for. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To send the newsletter, where you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our website host, email and scheduling providers, analytics and advertising platforms, and professional advisers where required. Each processes data under its own terms.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site, particularly on the Tools page, are affiliate links. If you follow one and sign up, the destination may set its own cookies and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Their privacy policy governs what happens after you leave this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and for any legal, accounting or tax requirement afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email ademola@k-demsconsulting.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
